We offer payment by PayPal, Postal Order and Personal Cheque (goods shipped on clearance, approx 5 - 7 days)
Prefered Payment - PayPal Payment due 2 days following close of auction (72 hours)
Where specified in the listing, payment is due immediately.
Overseas Buyers must use PayPal ONLY.

SHIPPING

We ship World-wide unless stated otherwise in the listing. Shipping costs are variable and therefor stated in each individual listing.
We ship goods every weekday.Goods are normally shipped within 24 hours of clearance of payment
Normally goods are sent using 1st Class mail/Airmail. Items over £50 are usually sent by 'International Signed for' mail.
Larger/heavier items are sent by carrier.
Buyers MUST ALLOW 28 days for receipt of goods, in accordance with the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations.
In the unlikely event of delayed or late shipping of goods we will advise by email.

RETURNS

UK returns policy We are sure you will be happy with your purchase but if for some reason you find it is not suitable we ask that you contact us by email, which needs to be received by us no later than 14 days from receipt. Please advise us of the reason for return. This will help us to improve our service in the future. All returns must be received to the stated address within 14 days of you receiving them.
Where items were part of a set, all parts must be returned to qualify for a refund. Items must be in resalable condition. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Refunds can only be credited back to the original PayPal a/c, debit/credit card used in the original transaction. All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser until they are safely received by us.
Returns from outside UK/EU We can not be held responsible for any customs duty therefore please clearly mark your package as returns/unwanted item. Any customs duty/charges charged to us will be deducted from the final refund total. Please note these conditions are in addition to your statutory rights.
